The purpose of this template is to get prompt creators to consider focusing on capabilities as opposed to threats, in their planning approaches.

Inspiration: Application of Zachman Architectural Framework.

Application: Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. 

Description: The Zachman Prompt was inspired by the paper: “An Architectural Framework for Nation States in Support of Peace-Building Operations.” ChatGPT was also used to clarify some of the paper's concepts. Google Gemini was used to find a definition for decision gate authority. The prompt’s goal is to provide template users with a tool for assessing the structure, complex relationships and interdependencies that control the behaviors of an adversary.

Description: The Diplomatese (Signaling) Prompt Template was inspired by the way the Sunday morning news shows are used as a tool for communicating with leaders of other countries. Inspiration: Neo’s programming power (Matrix, 1999) and Manual Castells' concepts of network programming and switching.

Description: This prompt was inspired by a theme in the movie, The Matrix (1999). In the movie, Neo had the power to program the Matrix. This template integrates the idea of a human being able to reprogram the rules of his or her environment; with Manual Castells' concepts of network programming and switching. The goal of the template is to provide a user the ability to model a Sociotechnical System (STS), as only a set of rules that can be programmed, reprogrammed, and switched.
